The Coastal Harmonizers are an A Cappella barbershop-style chorus in Brunswick County, NC. We are affiliated with the Carolinas District of the Barbershop Harmony Society. We would love to have you come and join us!
We invite all men and women (calling all former Sweet Adelines and Barbershoppers in our area!) as well as any others who just love to sing to join us at our next rehearsal at Camp United Methodist Church, 4807 Main St., Shallotte, NC 28470 on Thursday evenings from 6:00-7:30 PM. Please park in the lot beside Bobby's Carquest Auto Parts (north side of the church) and enter through the double wooden doors of the church. Check our homepage calendar events for our next rehearsal date and any rehearsal updates or cancellations.
Our organization began in 2012 with 10 men, chartered with BHS in 2013, and had as many as 28 members in the past. We are currently in a “rebuilding and rebranding” period after COVID-19 left our ranks considerably diminished. Our goal is to reach a membership of at least 20 within the next year and continue to grow as we move forward in the years to come.
One of our immediate goals is to expand our music repertoire to add more classic rock, contemporary ballads, Doo-wop, Beach Boys, Beatles, and more.

will be more than happy to help as our schedule allows. As we are a non-profit 501-C3 organization, donations are gratefully accepted to help defray operating costs such as sheet music, transportation, supporting music programs in local schools, etc.
